What might people assume that you are aware of, that you aren’t?
What impact might that have?
How can you correct for that?
For example, have you ever had someone confess out of the blue? This happens when they think you know about an impropriety simply because they know about it.
Have you ever been frustrated with a co-worker because they didn’t explain something clearly?
What do people incorrectly assume that you don’t know? How might this be problematic?
